Harley-Davidson has a dominant share of the US heavy bike market.
The international segment of its business is becoming a larger percentage of the overall business which should accelerate with the weakening dollar. It's expected to reach 30% in five years.
For the last 7 years the Harley brand name has finished in the top half in an annual survey of the 100 best global consumer brands.
They have been and are expected to continue to generate more than $1B in cash flow annually, which they use to aggressively buy back their shares. [20]
